1. General Information

The information, content, software demonstrations, calculators, examples, quotations, rates, routing information, service descriptions, integrations, graphics, videos, and other materials available through https://goinhive.com and related websites operated by InHive Systems, Inc. are provided for general informational, business, and technology-demonstration purposes.

For purposes of this Website Disclaimer, “InHive,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to InHive Systems, Inc.

Use of the Website is also governed by our:

  • Terms of Use;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Cookie Policy; and
  • any other applicable agreement or notice.

By using the Website, you acknowledge and accept this Website Disclaimer.

2. Technology Platform Only

InHive provides software, information-management, quotation, workflow, analytics, and integration tools for the logistics industry.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written contract, InHive is not acting as a:

  • freight forwarder;
  • indirect air carrier;
  • air carrier;
  • motor carrier;
  • transportation broker;
  • customs broker;
  • customs consultant;
  • cargo screening facility;
  • warehouse operator;
  • ground handling agent;
  • shipper;
  • consignee;

  • insurance company;
  • insurance broker or producer;
  • payment processor;
  • legal adviser;
  • tax adviser;
  • regulatory adviser; or
  • party responsible for the physical transportation or handling of cargo.

InHive does not take possession, custody, or control of cargo merely because shipment information, quotations, services, rates, or provider options are displayed or processed through the Website or an InHive-powered platform.

3. No Transportation Services

InHive does not itself:

  • pick up cargo;
  • transport cargo;
  • tender cargo to an airline;
  • issue transportation documents;
  • screen cargo;
  • warehouse cargo;
  • clear cargo through customs;
  • purchase cargo insurance;
  • perform destination handling;
  • deliver cargo;
  • guarantee uplift;
  • guarantee transit time; or
  • assume carrier, forwarder, warehouse, or broker liability.

Transportation and logistics services are performed by independent third-party service providers under their own contracts, tariffs, terms, rules, licenses, insurance policies, and operating procedures.

Any agreement for transportation or related logistics services is between the applicable customer and the relevant service provider unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

4. No Binding Quote or Offer

Unless expressly identified as binding and confirmed in a separate written agreement, booking confirmation, order form, or provider-issued document, information displayed through the Website is not:

  • a binding quotation;
  • a guaranteed rate;
  • a confirmed booking;
  • a guarantee of space or capacity;
  • a guarantee of service availability;
  • a contract of carriage;
  • an insurance binder;
  • a customs determination;
  • a tax determination; or
  • a commitment by any carrier or service provider.

Website examples, demonstrations, sample quotations, screenshots, illustrations, and estimated calculations are provided to explain how the technology may function.

They should not be treated as final commercial or operational commitments.

  • regulatory requirements; and
  • information entered by the user.

All material rates and charges should be independently verified before reliance, acceptance, booking, or shipment tender.

6. Cargo Weight and Dimensions

Air freight pricing may depend on actual weight, volumetric weight, chargeable weight, dimensions, number of pieces, packaging, and carrier-specific calculation rules.

Calculations shown by the Website may be based on information entered by users or supplied by third parties.

InHive does not guarantee that customer-entered cargo details will match measurements determined by a carrier, warehouse, screening facility, terminal, or ground handling provider.

7. Schedules, Routings, and Transit Times

Schedules, routings, departures, arrivals, connections, and transit times are estimates unless expressly confirmed by the responsible transportation provider.

They may be affected by:

  • historical records;
  • customer-configured data;
  • rate databases;
  • estimated availability;
  • integration data; or
  • other information sources.

Displayed availability does not necessarily mean that cargo space has been reserved or confirmed.

Capacity remains subject to confirmation by the applicable provider.

The Website may display, summarize, process, or link to information supplied by third parties, including:

  • airlines;
  • freight forwarders;

We do not warrant that third-party information is:

  • complete;
  • accurate;
  • current;
  • authorized;
  • suitable for a particular purpose; or
  • free from errors.

Third-party information may be revised, withdrawn, restricted, or discontinued without notice.

10. No Endorsement of Providers

The identification, display, listing, ranking, comparison, or availability of a third-party provider does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, warranty, or guarantee by InHive.

InHive does not guarantee that a listed provider:

  • holds every required license;
  • maintains sufficient insurance;
  • is suitable for a particular shipment;
  • will accept cargo;
  • will honor a displayed rate;
  • will perform on time;
  • will comply with every applicable requirement; or
  • will remain available.

Users should conduct their own due diligence before selecting or engaging a third-party provider.

11. No Professional Advice

The Website does not provide legal, customs, tax, insurance, financial, aviation-security, dangerous-goods, sanctions, export-control, or regulatory advice.

Information available through the Website should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Users should consult appropriate professionals regarding matters including:

12. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Any customs, duty, tax, tariff, fee, or classification information displayed through the Website is informational or estimated unless expressly confirmed by a qualified and authorized professional or government authority.

Actual amounts may depend on:

  • additional duties;
  • tax liabilities; or
  • regulatory enforcement.

13. Insurance Information

Any cargo insurance information, coverage illustration, estimated premium, or provider option displayed through the Website is not an insurance policy, binder, guarantee, or confirmation of coverage.

Insurance is effective only when issued or confirmed by an authorized insurance provider in accordance with applicable terms.

Coverage may be subject to:

  • exclusions;
  • deductibles;
  • commodity restrictions;
  • geographic restrictions;
  • packaging requirements;
  • valuation rules;
  • claims procedures; and
  • policy conditions.

Users should review all insurance terms directly with the authorized provider.

14. Dangerous, Restricted, or Prohibited Goods

The Website should not be relied upon to determine whether cargo is dangerous, restricted, prohibited, controlled, sanctioned, or otherwise subject to special regulation.

Users are responsible for accurately identifying and declaring cargo.

This includes compliance with requirements applicable to:

  • dangerous goods;
  • lithium batteries;
  • chemicals;

A quotation or calculation does not constitute cargo acceptance.

15. Sanctions and Export Controls

Users are solely responsible for determining whether a transaction, party, destination, commodity, end user, or end use is restricted under applicable sanctions, export-control, anti-boycott, or trade laws.

The appearance of a route, destination, provider, or service option does not mean that the related transaction is legally permitted.

InHive may restrict access or remove content where it reasonably identifies legal, sanctions, security, or compliance concerns.

16. Automated Calculations and Artificial Intelligence

The Website or platform may use:

  • automated calculations;
  • algorithms;
  • rules-based systems;
